Cancellations made within this timeframe will be fully refunded if any payment was made in advance.
If a cancellation request is received less than 48 hours before the project start or after work has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply based on the amount of work completed. Custom digital services that have progressed beyond initial stages may not be eligible for a full refund.
